A New Era of Mario, Kirby and Pac-Man in the Fanfiction World
Attention all fan fiction fans!
As you know, Bowser and King Dedede can be anti-heroes sometimes and can be great friends to Mario, Kirby and the gang, like what you've been seeing in me, Neros, DBV, Tinyrocket, JusSonic, Julayla and others' fics (mostly fanmakes).
That can mean one thing. If Bowser turns good, his family and his entire army turns good.
So therefore, in the fan fiction world (by decree of Ben, Neros and yours truly), a peace treaty shall be made for the Mushroom Kingdom and Bowser's Kingdom along with Dream Land, and all of Bowser's army and King Dedede's army will be friends with Mario, Kirby and the gang (along with Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Pac-Man Jr., Baby Pac-Man, Pooka, Chomp-Chomp, Sourpuss, Clyde, Pinky, Inky, Blinky, Sue, Funky, Stinky, Orson, Yum-Yum, Pal, Spunky, Kinky, Dinky, Waddle Dee, Waddle Doo, Blade Knight, Sword Knight, Heavy Knight, Ax Knight, Javelin Knight, Mace Knight, Trident Knight, Sailor Dee, Captain Vul, Galactica Knight, the Squeak Squad, Prince Fluff, Shadow Kirby, Sirica, Knuckle Joe, Sir Arthur, Sir Dragato, Sir Falspar and Sir Nonsurat, Phan Phan, Flappy, Golem, Heat Phan Phan, Broom Hatter, four Scarfies, Biospark, Birdon, Bonkers, Bugzzy, Burnin' Leo, Capsule J, Capsule J2, Chilly, Gim, Plasma Wisp, Poppy Bros. "What do you mean by that?", you may ask? Well, I'm saying it because I picked a bunch of Mario bad guys that are going to remain evil, even if it would mean betraying Bowser and his kingdom. I nominate the following as villains and enemies of Mario, Kirby, Bowser and King Dedede:

Do you remember someone from a very classic Mario video game that was overlooked and yet very few remember it very well? A classic Mario game called Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels?
That's right; I'm talking about Bowser's twin brother! He never had a name, so I'm not only giving him a name, I'm also having him as an OC. From now on, this new evil Koopa King's name is Diablor.
Yes, Diablor is going to have his own evil army, but he's not going to lead them alone. He will have more Mario villains at his side, sort of like a Legion of Doom against Mario. They are the following:
Mistress 9 (Sailor Moon; as Diablor's beloved wife)
Dimentio (Super Paper Mario)
Wart (SMB2)
Princess Shroob (M&L: PiT; as Wart's beloved wife)
Smithy (No surprise, since Bowser fought him)
King Boo (He betrays Bowser's army, too)
Shadow Mario (A real and original doppelganger)
Audrey II (Little Shop of Horrors; as Diablor's precious plant)
Shake King (Wario Land: Shake It!)
Bokales the Darkness (Dark Star's Bowser form)
Manto and Waddam Maximo (Mario OCs; The former is an evil version of Mario while the latter is a lookalike of Wario, only green-clad, and his voice is the voice of Wario from the Virtual Boy commercial.)
Shan Kong (Mario/Donkey Kong OC; evil dark brown-furred doppelganger of Donkey Kong; his voice is the voice of the DK from Punch-Out!.)
Razzler (Mario OC; the evil counterpart of Mouser, but round like the mice in the Paper Mario series)

If you have an idea on who else that is an enemy of Mario, Bowser and Pac-Man's that would be a good addition to the team (either one of the loyal soldiers or one of the main villains to join with Diablor, Wart, Princess Shroob and others).
After a bit of work, and negotiating with Jacob, I have made up Diablor's Koopalings. Six of them would ironically have the same names as Bowser's Koopalings' cartoon names. Here are the following with voices:
Cheatsey: Darren Frost (Shadow Prove's voice)
Bully: Vic Mignogna (Broly's voice)
Hip & Hop: Tara Strong (Same voice actress of them from the cartoons! Surprise!)
Kootie Pie: Rachael Lillis (Misty's voice)
Din: Steven Jay Blum (The voice of Zabuza, TOM, Wolverine, etc.)
Kooky: Derek Stephen Prince (The voice of Ken, Uryu, Veemon, Impmon, etc.)
Diablor Jr.: Tara Sands (Mokuba's Voice)
